Piper Companies is looking to solve issues in code and automate frameworks for an Education Technology and Services company
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong AWS experience (Lamda, CloudFormation, Glue etc..)
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, and test automation for web apps and microservices
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Modular, Keyword-Driven, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers to understand software features, debug code, and automate repetitive tasks
- Design and implement new tools and frameworks to streamline the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with teams to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and test cases
- Plan, create, automate, and execute API, functional, and non-functional test cases
- Identify, log, and track defects; troubleshoot test failures across sprints
- Provide transparency to stakeholders by presenting test artifacts and results
- Perform exploratory and automation testing to ensure high test coverage
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of SDET experience with strong coding and software quality skills
