Responsibilities
- Own the long‑term vision and strategy for software quality and test engineering at DAT, aligned with company goals.
- Research, prototype, and champion new testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to solve critical business and technical problems.
- Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects to make quality, testability, and reliability first‑class concerns in all architectural and system design decisions.
- Lead resolution of complex, systemic quality issues that span services, teams, and technology stacks.
- Mentor and develop engineers and testers, acting as a force multiplier that raises the technical bar across the organization.
