Requirements
- QA Automation & Testing experience on Web applications with a consistent track record detecting and writing bug reports.
- Experience in testing API/Web Service and Web applications.
- Hands-on experience on Core Java, Karate, RestAssured, Playwright/Selenium, Appium/XCUI
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS
- Solid understanding of software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment process and code quality checking tools
- Experience developing frameworks from scratch using industry best practices
- Solid understanding of NoSQLs like Couchbase, MongoDB, etc and caching strategies
Responsibilities
- build test automation tools, and helping improve team velocity through automation
- continually research and apply the newest technologies to test engineering
- independently and collaboratively tackle issues and influence the teams to adopt the best test practices
- Deeply engage with the engineering teams through all phases of development

Other
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience supporting eCommerce platforms or Retail/Payment systems.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles, including Agile methodology and D2P (Development to Production) processes.
- Proven ability to partner and communicate multi-functionally, and to seek out information when required
- Able to work independently and take the ownership of the project.
