The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of managing complex software architectures, content management systems, and AI-enabled workflows, by hiring a senior software engineer to lead the development of these systems.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C and .NET for backend development.
- Experience with React for front-end development and interactive interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and autonomous or agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and data storage systems (Postgres).
- Understanding of secure software development practices and operational excellence principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs, microservices, and orchestration layers for autonomous systems.
- Implement agentic workflows, enabling intelligent decision-making with minimal human intervention.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React to support human-in-the-loop content management.
- Integrate generative AI features into workflows for automated suggestions, updates, and decision explanations.
- Lead complex projects, providing architectural guidance and hands-on implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure system reliability, observability, and security across distributed, cloud-based services.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems and APIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and driving technical execution.
