- 3+ years of experience in analyzing complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
