Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in DB2
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 1+ year of experience with Fiserv applications and systems
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) or equivalent work experience
