Fiserv is looking to transform financial services technology to benefit its clients by creating innovative solutions that streamline financial transactions and ensure security. The Software Development Lead will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining these applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application development
- 5+ years of experience in Java, spring boot, kotlin, Angular or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
