Capital Group is looking to optimize the delivery of their software applications and data solutions, including product reference data management and client-facing data applications used for marketing/publishing data automation to drive investment strategies and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, DBT, PySpark, React, JavaScript Terraform, etc.
- Experience with AI/ML/Gen AI/LLM is preferred.

- Translates stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- A manager you will impact the product, architecture, software design and engineering. With a focus on intuitive front-end creation, robust backend frameworks and strong data design
- Set engineering standards, contribute directly to complex code and problem solving.
- Manage partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT to develop and promote our content delivery data solutions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the team using industry best practices in engineering, data and AI.
- You are a manager and will guide the team of individual contributors by setting expectations and monitoring their progress
- Manage a globally dispersed team (primarily with associates in Southern California and contractors in X, Y, Z) and contribute input to scale a global organization through resourcing/location strategy.
