Responsibilities
- Coordinates and communicates across teams, facilitating regular meetings to align on goals, progress, and challenges.
- Allocates resources effectively, ensuring each team has the necessary tools, personnel, and budget to meet their objectives.
- Oversees project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Monitors team performance through metrics and KPIs, providing feedback and addressing any issues promptly.
- Resolves technical and operational issues as they arise, facilitating solutions and ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
