Oracle's Health and AI team is building new healthcare services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment to help reduce overall healthcare spend.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience building and operating large scale, highly available, cloud based distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of operating system fundamentals
- Strong understanding of data models and distributed persistence technologies
- Thorough understanding of latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
- Experience building and operating scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems
Responsibilities
- own the vision and execution of software design and development for major components of Oracle’s Health and AI platform.
- build innovative new systems from the ground up.
- building a highly scalable ingestion system that can consume, filter, and transport large volumes of events generated by our cloud services to our customers, and then give them the ability to act/react to these events at scale.
- The services we are building will form the core building blocks of OCI’s Server-less story.

- Experience using Amazon Web Services such as EC2, EBS, Lambda, Dynamo
