The Information Technology Department is looking to extend Salesforce functionality and support business applications by developing Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and flows. They also need to integrate Salesforce with external systems and provide ongoing production support for Salesforce and related IT systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and flows to extend Salesforce functionality and support business applications.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or custom web services.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce and related IT systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and user guides.
- Follow established development standards, coding best practices, and version control processes.
Other
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver status reports to team leads, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- PUCO core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across PUCO departments. Most positions perform work on-site at the PUCO Central Office. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
