Oshkosh is looking to solve the problem of enhancing vehicle user interfaces and driving experiences by developing, testing, and integrating software for automotive display systems, including instrument clusters, infotainment units, and driver information systems.
Requirements
- working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- software development in languages such as C, C++ and Python.
- embedded systems and real-time operating environments.
- Qt framework for Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- debugging, troubleshooting, and software integration with hardware components.
- unit testing, regression testing, and validation of display features.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software features for automotive display systems.
- Contribute to software development in languages such as C, C++ and Python.
- Work with embedded systems and real-time operating environments.
- Develop and integrate features using Qt framework for Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement graphics, animations, and display functionalities.
- Support debugging, troubleshooting, and software integration with hardware components.
- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and validation of display features.
