Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems for federal clients.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in JAVA, EJBs, Struts, Hibernate, JavaScript JSP, servlet programming, J2EE, enterprise web application design and development, REST-ful applications, Apache Tomcat web server, XML (JAXP 1.1), Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- 1+ years of experience programming on Linux platforms
- Professional technical certifications (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
- Make recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
Other
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or an additional 4 years of relevant software engineering experience, in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
