Abnormal Security's cloud products need to stop cybercrime by applying AI to adversarial challenges. The Gen AI Group is developing next-generation AI-powered solutions to transform customer-facing products and internal applications.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Python.
- Experience building and operating complex backend systems, services, or data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with using (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
- Experience with modern LLM platforms and libraries such as OpenAI/Anthropic API, Langchain, etc.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and practical experience building on top of LLMs and RAG.
- Experience with technologies in our stack (e.g., Airflow, Elasticsearch, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate AI models, services, and pipelines into production systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Apply prompt engineering best practices and build applications on top of LLMs, agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Contribute to backend systems and services that power AI-driven features.
- Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices for testing, monitoring, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and bring ideas back to the team.
- Partner with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
