Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain 20+ high-volume and scalable back-end software services for real-time payment processing, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead implementation and delivery of new software features for new user experiences, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (software design, product, business units, security, compliance) to fulfill complex requirements, driving customer satisfaction and business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software production issues, utilizing logging, monitoring, and debugging tools to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service.
- Estimate engineering efforts, contribute to design, implementation, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes to improve software quality and deployment speed.
