Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java or Kotlin preferred)
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Knowledge of cloud-native systems, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs
- Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Experience with architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and best practices for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Kanban environment and collaborative development
- Passion for crafting high-quality software that impacts real people
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Java- and Kotlin-based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
- Building and deploying cloud-native systems on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code that scales to support high-traffic environments
- Contributing to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and best practices for continuous improvement
- Leading development efforts on new digital products—from greenfield prototypes to full-scale production launches
- Partnering with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to design, build, and ship solutions that bring hope and empowerment to users around the world
- Working in a collaborative, Kanban environment where ideas matter
