Crossing Hurdles is looking for a Software Engineer to help build and train cutting-edge AI models by referring top candidates to their partners working with the world's leading AI research labs.
Requirements
- Strong professional or open-source experience writing production-level Swift code.
- Proven track record of writing and maintaining unit tests for iOS apps.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker or similar).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean code practices.
- Bonus: Experience with Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Open-source contributions are essential — must include GitHub profile in the application.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and review comprehensive unit tests for complex, production-grade Swift codebases.
- Use XCTest (or similar frameworks) to ensure robust coverage and code quality.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to refine testing strategies for AI-driven iOS applications.
- Contribute to open-source Swift projects by writing maintainable and well-documented code.
- Work independently and asynchronously, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines.
