GEOAxIS is seeking to create a new, modern ICAM system based on and by extending leading ICAM technology to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting critical mission applications across all security domains for NGA GEOINT content
Requirements
- 4 years experience with programming languages such as python, java, or node
- 2 years experience writing and designing testable code
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise quality applications and microservices in an agile environment
- Experience with GitOps technologies (ArgoCD, FluxCD, etc)
- Experience with Git for version management
- Experience with Gitlab or Jenkins CICD pipeline creation
- Experience with X509 certificate authentication, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, or LDAP
Responsibilities
- Leadership of a team of 3 – 5 Software engineers recommending best practices, resolving blockers and enabling the team to thrive
- Create and extend existing java and python microservices to simplify an existing monolithic architecture
- Configure and extend COTS products to meet customer needs with microservices or plugin extensions
- Design self-service software to rapidly enable customer onboarding and integration
- Function within a DevOps focused environment
Other
- Bachelors degree in STEM technologies and at least 6 years experience or an Associates degree and at least 8 years experience
- Must have a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered for this role
- Team leadership experience
