Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience building production-ready software applications.
- Confident when working with Typescript and Javascript, or the ability to ramp up quickly with best practices.
- Experience building frontend components using a modern framework like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience in thoughtfully building and querying relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- An interest in utilizing software design patterns to create new complex features that are easy to understand and maintain in addition to re-thinking existing features.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals like object-oriented design, usage of data structures, understanding complexity, and utilizing design patterns.
- Experience in building multi-tenant, event driven, microservices and DevOps processes/technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc. is nice to have but not required.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable applications, with an understanding of high-availability architectures and performance optimization

- Learn, grow, and support engineering peers with different domain expertise through code reviews, mentorship, or engineering initiatives.
- Help to make important technical decisions by respectfully bringing your opinion and experience into the conversation with other engineers on the team.
