Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and deliver generative AI-driven applications for internal use.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of experience with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OpenShift) and cloud-native development
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and/or agentic workflows in generative AI applications
- Expertise in test-driven development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Drive AI innovation by accelerating business use cases using frameworks like ADK and LangChain
- Collaborate across teams to align with technical strategies and support application migrations and modernization efforts
- Ensure engineering excellence by resolving tech roadblocks, conducting peer reviews, and influencing secure, scalable product roadmaps
