- Collaborate with top AI researchers from leading AI labs to work on advanced software engineering tasks
- Debug and refactor code, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability
- Write test cases to validate code functionality and improve overall code quality
- Contribute to complex code repositories involving multiple programming languages
- Review and enhance code by addressing edge cases and improving readability and functionality
- Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and development team to ensure all deadlines are met
Other
- Fluent in Russian with proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Strong professional experience in software engineering, ideally at a prestigious tech company or large-scale open-source projects
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality contributions under tight timelines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in an asynchronous remote environment
