The company aims to train and employ family caregivers, enabling them to be paid for the care they provide. They are building a tech-powered platform to improve care delivery, health outcomes, and the overall experience nationwide.
Requirements
- Experience with Web and API development
- Experience with Typescript and Python
- Experience with cloud architectures and platforms such as AWS
- Experience with product development is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry and at startups is preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive product and platform development.
- You will take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- performing full-stack development, conducting user testing, and managing launch cycles.
- Partner with teams such as operations, clinical, compliance, product and more, in order to build solutions that work in the real world.
- You will be a critical voice for articulating technical initiatives to further our mission.
- You will deepen your technical “spikes”, be they in product-development, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, or data security, as well as broaden your horizons by building greenfield systems using the latest advancements in AI.
