Our client is a recruiting marketplace that connects companies with specialized recruiters to fill critical roles quickly and cost-effectively. They are looking for a product-minded engineer to build tools that leverage one of the most valuable datasets in recruiting and shape how an entire industry hires.
Requirements
- Experience with a modern tech stack, ideally with familiarity in TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
- A track record of taking end-to-end ownership of impactful products.
- A strong product sense and a keen interest in marketplaces or recruiting.
- 2–7 years of experience as a product engineer in a startup environment (Seed–Series B).
- Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or an early engineer at a startup.
- A Computer Science degree from a top 20 university.
Responsibilities
- Building tools that use unique recruiting datasets and AI-powered tooling.
- Owning projects from conception to deployment.
- Directly influencing a multi-billion dollar industry.
