The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software system and subsystem models throughout the lifecycle, translating customer requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Experience with Cameo System Modeler or similar Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) software is essential
- Proficiency in .NET Framework
- Proficiency in sysML or UML modeling languages
- Solid background in managing Department of Defense contracts requirements
- Comprehensive experience in designing and implementing system architectures
- Comprehensive experience in designing and implementing requirements
- Comprehensive experience in designing and implementing software testing processes
Responsibilities
- Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques using Cameo System Modeler to develop and maintain detailed system and subsystem models.
- Manage requirements, track changes, and verify system modifications for the Tomahawk Mission Planning (TMP) systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
- Apply interdisciplinary collaboration to plan, design, develop, and verify balanced system solutions across the lifecycle of the project.
- Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters and ensuring interface compatibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system engineering models, documentation, and briefings for stakeholders and project teams.
- Create, document, and update architectures, requirements, interfaces, and algorithms related to the TMP system.
- Collaborate with software development teams to share expertise, support system integration, and optimize software architecture and design approaches.

- Must possess an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances throughout employment.
