Tiber Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead and evolve a Kubernetes-native orchestration platform that manages and deploys containerized workloads, integrating a modern web-based UI, cloud-native components, and microservices.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and Python
- Hands-on experience with: NiFi, Kafka, MinIO, and MetalLB
- Infrastructure-as-Code using cloud-init or Terraform
- Cloud platforms, especially AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Rancher suite (Harvester, Longhorn, KubeVirt)
- Strong understanding of observability practices and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the evolution of a Kubernetes-native workload orchestration platform
- Design and develop backend services in Go, and contribute to front-end features using TypeScript
- Develop and maintain containerized microservices and APIs within a Kubernetes environment
- Support deployment strategies via Helm and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD)
- Integrate event-driven architectures leveraging tools like Kafka
- Implement observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Collaborate across infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams to maintain CI/CD and system reliability

- 20 years of professional experience
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye)
- Experience with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines
