Responsibilities
- design, develop, implement and support extraordinarily complex Winforms and Web applications using advanced knowledge of technologies
- solve technical problems around application system design, performance, scalability, and system/product stability
- evaluate systems specifications for desktop application requirements and determine/implement the most efficient and cost-effective software solutions
- research and track innovative technologies, develop service applications, and analyze business requirements for Crop Insurance agents and other internal business groups
- responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards
- provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
- provide application support and attend to application and server related issues
