Support the sustainment and modernization of a FMV video streaming capability supporting a large quantity of simultaneous video streams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java, C, and C++
- Experience with networking including level of knowledge of both Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP).
- Understanding/experience with MPEG-2 and other FMV transport streams
- Understanding/Experience with KLV metadata and MISB standards
- Experience/Exposure to Moving Target Indicator (MTI) formats and data
- Experience with GStreamer, FFMPEG, or other video libraries
- Experience or familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the processing, remediation, and routing of video streams to support a key real-time mission capability as part of an Agile development team.
- Interact with the operations team and other programs to identify root cause and support resolution of issues discovered with the FMV capabilities in operations.

- Ability to obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs
