Microsoft Azure Edge + Platform (E+P) is looking for a Software Engineer to help create reliable and trustworthy OS and platform services for Microsoft and its customers, unlocking new opportunities at the edge and driving adoption of Microsoft cloud services. The Cloud Security team specifically needs to ensure the trustworthiness of operating systems used in Microsoft PCs, devices, and the Azure cloud through data protection, hardening, and cryptography features.
Requirements
- proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Industry experience using C, C++
- Or Rust development.
- History of Operating System or Low level development (Kernel, Drivers, Firmware, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the security of the Platform Integrity of the Azure Cloud offerings.
- Ship platform security features and drive integrity scenarios.
