Microsoft Azure Edge + Platform (E+P) is looking for a Software Engineer to help create the most reliable and trustworthy OS and platform services to empower Microsoft and its customers to achieve more, unlocking the next wave of opportunity at the edge through an at-scale ecosystem driving widespread adoption of Microsoft cloud services.
Requirements
- proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Industry experience using C, C++
- Or Rust development.
- History of Operating System or Low level development (Kernel, Drivers, Firmware, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the security of the Platform Integrity of the Azure Cloud offerings.
- Ship platform security features and drive integrity scenarios.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
