ERISA Recovery is looking to solve the problem of denied insurance revenue for hospitals by building software and hiring developers to ship real internal tools that matter.
Requirements
- Comfortable with Python and basic web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
- Some experience with Django (v4+) and SQL.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and local dev tooling.
- HTMX and Alpine.js experience.
- Basic testing, performance, and security awareness.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend Django apps used daily by our analysts.
- Write clear, secure, maintainable code following our standards and Azure DevOps workflow.
- Document setup, decisions, and trade-offs in concise procedures and READMEs.
- Iterate quickly based on code review feedback; demo progress to the team.
