CAE USA is seeking a software engineer to build and deploy cutting edge cloud-based software products for internal Research and Development and/or Department of Defense contracts.
Requirements
- Frontend development (Angular, React, Vue, Typescript, etc.)
- Backend development (C, .NET, C++, Python, Node, etc.)
- Data storage and messaging (PostgreSQL, Neo4J, RabbitMq, Kafka, WebSockets, etc.)
- DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, OpenShift, Jenkins, Terraform, GitLab Runner, etc.)
- Cloud Systems (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Machine Learning and Data Analytics
- Geospatial data processing and visualization (GDAL, PDAL, PostGIS, Geoserver, OpenLayers, Leaflet, Cesium)
Responsibilities
- Support the development, deployment, and sustainment of technology demonstrators
- Present and conduct technology demonstrations to leadership and potential customers
- Support and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test
- Perform as part of an Agile (SAFe) team (scrums, planning, retrospectives)

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
- Must be willing to work overtime
