Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience with proven depth in at least one programming language
- Strong Java development experience with solid understanding of object-oriented principles
- Experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem
- Database experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server
- Performance-focused mindset with experience optimizing systems for speed and efficiency
- Problem-solving expertise with ability to approach complex challenges from multiple angles
- RESTful API development and service-oriented architecture experience
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain critical parts of the racing technology stack, becoming a subject matter expert in high-performance systems
- Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions using Java and Spring Boot
- Write high-quality, maintainable code following industry best practices with focus on performance optimization
- Solve complex problems independently while collaborating effectively with team members when needed
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions that shape our racing platform
- Work with high-volume, real-time data ensuring system reliability and performance
- Take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions from conception to deployment
