Responsibilities
- Provide programming and support for application systems development and maintenance projects
- Provides technical support to IS analysts and/or associates
- Leads projects and/or technology initiatives through all phases of systems development including planning, development, implementation and operation for complex computer projects.
- Create system programs and provide technical application support.
- Meet with both internal and external customers within the enterprise to determine needs and possibilities, to outline projects and requirements, to establish timelines and issue resolution to provide support through all phases of the project.
- Utilizing available resources within the IT community internal and external expand knowledge and expertise.
