Odyssey Systems is seeking a Software Engineer to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) in providing life cycle management for information assurance and critical systems, ensuring warfighter access to secure information systems while denying adversaries access to the same. This role will focus on software development, automation, and analytics in support of mission-critical Air Force and DoD systems.

- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerShell, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and JSON scripting
- Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing system workflows.
- Design, develop, test, and implement applications following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Plan and implement Agile acquisition and DevOps processes for both Cloud and on-premise applications.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms including PowerApps, Power Automate flows (with JSON embedded actions), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint lists.
- Build and optimize workflows for automation, reporting, and data collection.
- Develop and present analytics using Power BI for real-time data visualization and decision support.
- Conduct feasibility studies, systems analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret clearance
- BA/BS and 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in the DoD, OR
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force acquisition programs highly desired
- Strong communication and presentation skills
