Microsoft is looking to build the platform that powers its partner ecosystem, specifically within the Partner Center & Marketplace. This involves delivering foundational services and experiences that enable partners to build, publish, sell, and grow with Microsoft, while also helping customers discover and deploy solutions. The role will leverage generative AI to simplify, secure, and make it more intelligent for partners and sellers to do business with Microsoft.

Requirements

  • Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools including, but not limited to, GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or Tabnine to author or refactor code in a professional, internship, or academic project.
  • Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) including, but not limited to, GPT, Claude, or Sonnet into software projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in designing, developing, and shipping software solutions on a cloud services platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • 1+ year(s) experience working on UX technologies such as Angular or React.
  • 1+ year(s) experience building and working with scalable web services, REST APIs, and NoSQL and/or SQL-based backend data stores.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage GitHub Copilot and the latest generative AI models as you work across APIs, big data, services, and user experiences that operate at global scale
  • Building the platform and infrastructure services that power the Partner Portal, Partner AI Assistant, Partner Security, and Partner Enrollment
  • Explore and innovate with cutting-edge technologies like Azure, OpenAI & LLMs, Data & ML
  • Driving business processes and contributing to strategy and broader vision
  • Work on services built from the ground up and influence the design and architecture of our solutions
  • Leverage modern AI tools—including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and GitHub Copilot—to solve problems
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality features that improve partner and customer experiences

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
