INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer III (AI/ML) to design, develop, and deploy advanced Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products that significantly impact healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ML, AI, Python, Graph databases, and experience with both frontend and backend development.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and developing rapid prototypes.
- Expertise in deploying AI/ML architectures, tools, and data infrastructure on public cloud platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python/PySpark, Java, and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, containerization, DevSecOps practices, and API development.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, HIPAA privacy/security rules, and clinical workflows is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, data orchestration, and working with semi-structured data formats and NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled decision intelligence products that meet business objectives.
- Explore and implement innovative AI/ML solutions by combining multiple techniques to address complex challenges.
- Guide the architecture, infrastructure, tools, and processes utilized in AI/ML product development and maintenance.
- Deeply understand various algorithms to evaluate their vulnerabilities, strengths, and weaknesses, ensuring robust solutions.
- Rapidly develop prototypes to test feasibility and iterate based on feedback, fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Standardize, optimize, and scale AI/ML products for production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable ML Ops pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Other
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in data science or artificial intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Ability to work in a remote contract-to-hire basis
