ServiceNow is looking to hire a Software Engineer to build and scale systems that power order capture, quote approvals, margin calculations, and fulfillment workflows for their large customers, connecting pricing, catalogs, quotes, contracts, and post-sale operations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience with JavaScript or similar programming languages at the application level.
- Strong understanding of backend development, data modeling, and system integration.
- Familiarity with configuring business applications and working with enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to front-end development (though not the primary focus initially).
- Ability to work with access control policies and data copying mechanisms.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow implementations
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend logic and data models for quote and order workflows.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow platform capabilities to support complex integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between pricing, catalog, contracts, and post-sale systems.
- Build access control policies and manage data integrity across business applications.
- Contribute to foundational platform work that will later support custom UI development.
- Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and platform-specific implementations.
