Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions for both members and employees.
- Work across the stack: From backend to frontend, greenfield to legacy systems, you’ll do it all.
- Embrace innovation: Use the latest in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-powered tools like Copilot.
- Champion quality: Write modular code, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust testing (unit, integration, UI).
- Solve problems: Triage and resolve software defects, prioritizing business and member impact.
