GreenSky Management Company LLC is looking to ensure the quality and reliability of its software products by developing and executing comprehensive automation test plans and test cases, identifying issues early in the software lifecycle, and supporting ongoing development efforts.
Requirements
- extensive experience with SQL and database management
- API testing tools such as POSTMAN
- programming languages including JavaScript and Java
- testing frameworks and tools like Selenium WebDriver, Chai, Protractor, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, and Cucumber
- experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS
- monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, DataDog, and Splunk
- Mobile testing expertise using Appium, Kobiton, and device testing on iOS and Android emulators or simulators
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated test plans and test cases based on detailed software requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional aspects.
- Contribute to the design, development, and support of test automation frameworks, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of testing processes.
- Execute manual and automated tests on web and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android, utilizing tools such as Appium and Keep It Functional (KIF).
- Maintain and enhance testing infrastructure, including continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and other tools.
- Conduct API testing using POSTMAN, JavaScript, and Java, ensuring the robustness and security of API endpoints.
- Monitor application performance and stability using cloud-based monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, DataDog, and Splunk.
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues identified during testing phases.

- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a similar role is required

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing needs, report defects, and verify fixes.
- Document testing procedures, results, and defects clearly and accurately, facilitating effective communication across teams.
