Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer to support an industry leader in technology by implementing feature requests.
Requirements
- Experience in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, C, Go, etc) experience in backend dev, front end and full stack is a plus
- Some networking knowledge
- Some security protocol knowledge (ex: TLS, SSL)
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git)
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization/Kubernetes
- Experience with virtual machines
- Experience developing within Linux OS
Responsibilities
- Assist around TLS, authentication protocols, and other security features.
- Must be comfortable in debugging problems.
- The individual must be willing to help design the code which will meet feature requests.
Other
- Must be comfortable jumping from one project to another.
- An individual willing to learn new things fits better in our team.
- This position will be hybrid in Raleigh, NC.
