(nSI) is looking for a Software Engineer to support the Targets Test Engineering team in all aspects of target design, analysis, and test, focusing on analysis tool and database development, maintenance, and configuration control to transform defense systems and improve capabilities.
Requirements
- Prefer 7 years of experience in a related field
- Familiarity with MDA Ground and/or Flight Test Planning and/or Execution
- Familiarity with MDA and/or DoD programs and processes
- Capability to utilize, adapt, and develop analytical tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
Responsibilities
- analysis tool and database development, maintenance, and configuration control
- collaborating with a dynamic team of experts in multiple technical areas to develop analysis and engineering tools
- engaging in database requirements definition, schema development, interface development, testing, data management, and documentation
- utilizing knowledge, skills and experience with missile characteristics (physical, kinematics, signatures) and engineering to support engineering activities and data product development
Other
- You will be supporting the Targets Test Engineering team in all aspects of target design, analysis, and test.
- You must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field
- You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.
- You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independently develop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required by the customer to communicate complex technical issues
