The R4 Responsive Customer and Account Maintenance Team is looking for a Distributed Developer / Support Engineer to respond to production incidents, address application-specific questions from business partners, and collaborate with product teams to enhance availability, resilience, and stability of multiple products within the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology organization.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java, Datadog, Cloud (AWS)
- Experience triaging production issues, locating performance improvements, and working with developers on production resolution

- Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
