- 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, building reliable, secure software in production.
- Comfortable working full-stack (Python/Django, React, AWS, OpenAI & more).
- Write clean, maintainable code, and care deeply about testing, observability, and performance.

- Design, build, and ship production-grade, end-to-end systems across core workflows, from architecture through release.
- Build systems with integrated safety, observability, and performance from the start, moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
