ASML is looking for a software engineer to design and code software for a distributed control system, integrate AI into existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and efficacy, and contribute to cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of working C++ experience and/or Python.
- Experience with ML algorithms and architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
- Experience designing, developing and deploying LLM for various applications as well as integrating with existing LLMs via API.
- Experiencing developing CI/CD pipelines incorporating AI/LLM a plus
- Minimum of 1 year in technical development role with strong software engineering skills.
Responsibilities
- Using Agile methodology to develop the software using C++ and Python.
- Creating designs and Implement code that are modular, scalable, robust and meet customer requirements.
- Perform unit testing and on target testing to ensure the software meets the high-quality standards our customers expect.
- Evaluation of technical issues, risks, and dependencies for projects.
- Interfacing with stakeholders to gather a complete understanding of their requirements.
- Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.
- You will also participate in continuous process improvement activities aimed at ensuring the processes and tools used throughout software development lifecycle are increasing the team’s ability to develop high quality software in the most efficient manner.

- This position is open exclusively to internal applicants currently part of the ASML D&E Software Engineering team.
- Requires Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related Eng/Science fields. MS or Ph.D in relevant field is a plus.
- Participated and assisted in the delivery of at least one complex software product working within the context of a team.
