Ford Motor Company is looking to modernize its core product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and needs a skilled professional to help maintain and improve the deployed Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Siemens Teamcenter platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years working on a high-functioning software development & engineering team
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, Configuration-as-Code (powered by Ansible), and cloud-native development
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with automation tools & frameworks
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Siemens Teamcenter platforms
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across multiple repositories & development teams
- Develop & maintain release schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking – in Jira
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, product and operations teams to ensure release readiness
- Facilitate release planning meetings and go/no-go decision processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for release status, changes, due dates, & escalations
- Configure automation tools & frameworks to enhance capabilities
- Maintain and optimize existing automation infrastructure for maximum efficiency
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
