The Windows Cloud Experiences team is looking to redefine how users connect and collaborate from anywhere by building innovative, cloud-powered solutions for remote desktop technology for the web.
Requirements
- Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products.
- 1+ years OOP (object-oriented) development experience with proficiency in at least one of OOP languages: C++/C-Sharp/Java.
- Exposure in modern C++ and/or C-Sharp .net.
- Exposure in modern web frameworks like React or Microsoft FAST.
- Exposure to live site engineering, telemetry, and collaboration across multiple components and teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the next generation of cloud-integrated Windows solutions, leveraging Azure and Microsoft 365 to enable scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade remote desktop services.
- Work with a modern tech stack including C++, C-Sharp .net, JavaScript/TypeScript, FAST and React, while developing deep expertise in developing scalable native client applications for Windows.
- Collaborate across architecture, development, deployment, and Live Site operations, ensuring robust telemetry, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident response for a global user base.
- Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short release cycles, where innovation and customer impact are prioritized, and every engineer has the opportunity to shape product direction.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
