Responsibilities
- Own key product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Design and build scalable systems (roughly 70% backend, 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows—such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, performant experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to team-wide standards that promote reliability, scalability, and clarity.
- Continuously learn and grow by engaging with teammates, sharing knowledge, and adopting best practices across the stack.
