Requirements
- Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript, with hands-on experience in React and/or React Native for mobile/web application development.
- Familiarity with or proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Ability to work across the stack, understanding APIs, frontend tooling, and responsive design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our core mobile apps (React Native) for workers and our web platforms (React) for business customers and our internal Ops team.
- Partner directly with the CTO to own product decisions, iterate on the product roadmap, and architect and build our foundational tech platform.
- Establish best practices in code reusability and build processes, particularly for our frontend monorepo, client-side state management, and responsive design.
- Contribute to systems utilizing Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Algorithms, and Location Monitoring to increase supply chain productivity.
- Build analytics and monitoring tools to help understand user experience and application health.
- Work closely with product and design teams to build a best-in-class user experience, contributing in many ways to a scrappy founding team.
