Lockheed Martin Space is seeking to partner with the U.S. intelligence community to navigate the ever-changing global landscape by building premiere spacecraft for their customers. The role is focused on the Ground Element Test engineers responsible for integration, testing, and deploying software and hardware products as an integral component of a larger, complex system and across multiple contracts throughout the full software lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience with programing and/or scripting languages (C++, JAVA, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and or Devops
- Automated testing experience (Cucumber, Selenium, SoapUI, junit, Sikuli, REST Assured etc.)
- Experience developing and communicating clear, concise test procedures
- Experience with building test architectures
- Experience with Agile Automated Test Development tools, software, and processes (e.g. Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, Docker container deployments, Kubernetes, JIRA, Confluence)
Responsibilities
- You will be joining Ground Element Test engineers responsible for Integration, testing and deploying software and hardware products as an integral component of a larger, complex system and across multiple contracts throughout the full software lifecycle.
- This Position will perform technical development for the requirements and regression test team by performing requirement verification, system validation and Test Automation development.
- Design, develop, and implement testing of use cases, scenarios, and requirements use different development languages and automated test tools.
- The selected candidate will work with members of the test team of engineers when defining test plans for requirement verification, system validation and architect the test automation framework as we continue transition into a DevOps paradigm.
- Perform and/or ensure the ongoing verification/validation of the created tests

- This position will require strong organizational, written and communication skills. Candidate will be interacting with engineers on the team and across teams daily.
- Selected candidate will be required to possess a Final Top Secret security clearance for consideration.
- This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
