Kratos Defense & Security Solutions needs a Software Engineer to contribute to a web-based full-stack Agile Development Team to develop and field transformative, affordable technology, platforms, and systems for United States National Security related customers, allies, and commercial enterprises.
Requirements
- Software development in Java and experience with C/C++
- Experience developing unit tests with tools such as SonarQube or other code coverage tools
- General knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- Basic understanding of web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScirpt)
- Build pipeline automation and packaging using tools such as Bamboo
- General cloud knowledge with AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with working in a SAFe Agile environment using Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira and Confluence or other similar collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products.
- Develops unit-level tests that ensure work product is of high quality
- Authors software documentation for both internal and customer use
- Reviews peer contributions as part of code reviews
